Kujo Yuria (九条由理亜) is a magician from Kyoto affiliated with the Mimawarigumi. She is voiced by Koiwai Kotori (小岩井ことり).
Profile
Yuria’s official profile is short and pointed: she has come to Tokyo to kill the Shunin, and little else about her is known. There is also a rumor that the Shunin stole her first kiss — which might explain a thing or two.
Her introduction line, delivered in Kyoto dialect, is an appraisal of how dazzling Tokyo’s magic is. Given the backstory, there is probably an edge to it: in the game’s world, Tokyo beat its rival Kyoto to host the World Expo after Paris (see Tokyo ’89).
When the Character PV was covered in June 2026, she had not yet been named and was described simply as a member of a mysterious Kyoto faction dressed in traditional Japanese clothing.
About the Mimawarigumi
The name comes from the real Mimawarigumi, a shogunate police unit that patrolled Kyoto in the 1860s, alongside the better-known Shinsengumi. How closely the game’s version follows that history has not been revealed.
