Sakuba Yuki (朔場雪) is the poster girl of Cafe Ichigo. No voice actor has been listed for her on the official site yet.
Profile
Yuki calls herself a samurai. She introduces herself as a former member of the Shinsengumi turned café employee — and, in a whisper, as a lycanthrope. In the game’s 1889 setting the Shinsengumi had disbanded only about two decades earlier, so the claim is less absurd than it sounds.
She used to be a drifter until Ichigo’s owner took her in. Innocent and sincere, she became part of the café’s scenery almost immediately. She is also bursting with energy, which means she is constantly bumping into things and tripping over herself; the café apparently never has enough plates left. None of that dents her love for the place.

Yuki was introduced through a short character video released to celebrate the official account passing 80,000 followers.
In the game
Yuki was not among the 18 characters playable in the October 2026 CBT footage. Her playable status has not been announced.
