Astrae Oratio Revealed: NC and Dynamis One Open the Official Teaser Site

Astrae Oratio — previously codenamed Project AT — stepped out of the shadows in spring 2026. Its teaser website went up at the end of April, counting down to the reveal, and on May 7, 2026 NC posted its official welcome notice and released the Super Teaser PV.

What was revealed

• Developer: Dynamis One, a studio NC invested in in January 2026 and the team behind the cancelled Project KV.
• Publisher: NC, globally.
• Genre: a “Shindenki” magic RPG built around magic and public administration.
• Premise: you play the Shunin, an ordinary civil servant transferred to the Special District Office, the agency that quietly manages Tokyo’s magicians.

On May 12, the official site added its first character profiles and world-setting pages, starting with the Special District Office cast: Commissioner Hiwagishiakari Ai, the wooden bodyguard Doll and the mascot Hoshi-chan. New characters were then added over the following months.

For the setting itself — Tokyo in 1889, about a century ahead of real history — see our world guide.
